Today, I wanted to share a very wise little video that I came across some years ago. 

It is a brilliantly animated video from the YouTube channel “The School of Life” (which has a lot of great videos like this) and it teaches a valuable lesson on how we can manage to become more confident in foreign languages, at work, in life. 

The language in the video is in a sort of literary style that is quite advanced, so I made this transcript with vocabulary annotations for you. I would recommend that you watch the video once and just try to understand as much as you can, then look at the transcript, check what you didn’t get, then watch the video again to absorb all of its wisdom.
